Authorize a Payment
Authorize a Payment
Log in to your Client Portal to view your itinerary, balance due, and payment history, and to authorize payments.
- Go to Trip Management → My Trips
- Click View on the trip you want to pay
- Select Pre-Approve Payment
- Choose a card on file or Add a Credit or Debit Card
- Enter the amount (format: 1234.56 — no $ or commas)
- Select the charge date
- Sign using the Full Name field, then click Submit
You may repeat these steps to use more than one credit card.
